When you rent a website, you pay a monthly fee instead of one large bill up front. We design and build the site, put it live, host it, keep it secure and make your changes for as long as you are with us. There is no setup fee and no contract to sign.
The difference between this and a template builder is who does the work. Our rental websites are drawn from scratch for one business. We do not run your details through a generator. That is also why we cannot do it in an afternoon: your first design comes back within seven days.
What you pay covers more than the build. Hosting, the SSL certificate, business email, unlimited changes to your content and a full redesign every year are all in the monthly fee. Most agencies bill those separately, which is why a cheap build often is not cheap by year two.
Pay monthly websites start at £49 a month plus VAT for a single page and run to £179 a month for a larger shop. You pay your first three months to start, then it is monthly from month four. Cancel any month with a month's notice and the site comes down, with your domain and your content staying yours.
You can buy the site outright at any point for twelve months' fees. That is a separate one-off payment rather than a top-up of what you have already paid, so it costs the same whenever you decide to do it. Once it is bought, the site is yours, code and all.

You pay three months to start. A £99 a month site starts at £297, then £99 a month after that. We build the whole thing before that first payment has earned out, so the three months is how we cover the build. Nobody pays a separate setup fee.
Cancel any month. Give us a month's notice and that is it. We will not chase you, tie you in, or hold your domain hostage.
You can own it outright at any point, for twelve months' fees. That is a separate one-off payment, not offset against the rent you have already paid. After that the site is yours to take anywhere, and hosting is billed separately at £250 a year or £30 a month, plus VAT.
Genuinely unlimited. Send us changes as often as you like. There is no hourly rate, no ticket bundle and no fair use clause hiding at the bottom of this page.
We change it. Your build includes a design revision, and changes to your content are unlimited and free for as long as you are with us. The more you tell us at the start, the closer the first draft lands. If it is still not for you, cancel any month with a month's notice.
While you rent, we own the build and you have full use of it. Buy it outright for twelve months' fees and it becomes yours completely, code and all. Your domain and your content are always yours from day one, whichever way you go.
The site comes down and your domain stays yours. We do not hold anything to ransom. If you come back within six months we put it straight back up exactly as it was.
There isn't one. We have built this a few hundred times, so the parts are known quantities and the design work is where the time goes. The seven days starts when you have sent us your brief and any photos or logos you want used.
Yes, and we will move it for you. If you do not have one we will register one and include it. Either way the domain is registered in your name.
We draft everything for you as standard and you edit it. If you want it properly written by a copywriter rather than drafted, that is £45 a page as a one-off.
Fast, yes. Every site we ship has to pass Core Web Vitals before it goes live, and that is not negotiable. Ranking is a separate job. A quick site with good structure is the foundation, but if you want to actively compete for search terms that is our SEO service, not this one. We will tell you honestly which one you need.
Yes. Moving from a standard site to a shop package is one email and takes a few days. You pay the difference from the month it switches over.
